UF Health Maternal and Fetal Medicine in Jacksonville is comprised of board-certified University of Florida maternal-fetal medicine physicians who provide a wide range of services to patients with high-risk pregnancies. Physicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for consultations. Our goal is to ensure an excellent outcome for both the mother and the baby in pregnancies impacted by maternal or fetal complications.

We actively participate in prenatal counseling for the mother and develops strategies aimed at maintaining good health during pregnancy, as well as assisting with any challenges that might occur in labor and delivery. Our division works closely with UF neonatologists in the environment of a Level III neonatal intensive care unit at UF Health Jacksonville. Transfers to UF Health Jacksonville of women with premature labor or other fetal abnormalities occur so that the baby, when delivered, will have the best possible neonatal care.
