All non-urgent referrals made by phone, fax or online will be handled Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

First Call

Our First Call service offers physicians and their staff 24/7 access to our "Doctor of the Day" by specialty and support for urgent referrals to UF Health Jacksonville specialty clinics.

EpicCare MyLink is the community physician portal for UF Health. This portal provides real-time web access to patient information, so physicians who practice at locations outside of UF Health Jacksonville can access patients' clinical data.
