When a patient requests a Same-day Breast Assessment, the earliest available appointment is scheduled with breast health specialists, such as pathologists, radiologists and surgeons, all to be seen within the same day. This scheduling service is a more streamlined effort to save time for the patient and offers a team-centered approach to breast cancer diagnosis.
