Patient and Family Partnership Council for Quality and Safety
Become a partner for patient safety and quality.
In order to continuously improve patient care at UF Health Jacksonville, we greatly appreciate hearing
from you – the patients and families who rely on us to provide safe, high quality health care. We are
honored to serve and care for you and your loved ones. Your feedback helps us to do our best to meet
patient and family health care needs and exceed expectations. UF Health Jacksonville is pleased to provide
an opportunity for patients/family members and staff to work together to improve patient experience,
safety, and quality through the Patient and Family Partnership Council for Quality and Safety.
The Mission of the Council is to represent patients, families, and staff, by engaging with UF Health
Jacksonville leaders to:
- Provide insight into care experiences
- Identify opportunities for improving services
- Brainstorm potential patient-centered solutions
- Integrate the voice of patients and families into the daily work of professional caregivers
We encourage you to consider submitting an application to join us. Once applications have been reviewed,
selected candidates will complete an interview process. Those chosen for the council will receive information
about orientation, meeting times and locations, and other details. Meetings will typically be held monthly
during the evening hours.
