Patient and Family Partnership Council for Quality and Safety
Become a partner for patient safety and quality.
UF Health Jacksonville is pleased to announce the formation of the Patient and Family
Partnership Council for Quality and Safety(R). Being a provider of health care in
our community, UF Health greatly appreciates hearing from you – the patients and
families who rely on us to provide safe, high quality health care. We are honored
to serve and care for you and your loved ones. Your feedback helps us to do our
best to meet patient and family health care needs at all times. We are confident
that creating a shared vision will help to make our hospital and the communities
we serve even stronger and healthier.
Our goal is to create a council that embodies partnership and open communication
about what has worked well for you and your family as patients and what could have
worked better. The PFPCQS will reflect the diverse patient populations we serve
and be composed of patients, family and community leaders, as well as employees
and health care professionals from UF Health Jacksonville. We encourage you to consider
submitting an application to join us.
Once applications have been reviewed, selected candidates will complete an interview
process. Those chosen for the council will receive information about orientation,
meeting times and locations, and other details. Meetings will typically be held
monthly during the early evening hours.
