UF Health Mobile Medical Unit
Bringing Healthcare to the Community
The UF Health Jacksonville Mobile Medical Unit is expanding access to high quality, compassionate healthcare by bringing preventive and primary care services directly into neighborhoods throughout Northeast Florida. Our mission is to improve community health by reducing barriers to care and meeting patients where they live, work, learn, and worship.
Through strategic community partnerships and mobile outreach, we are committed to providing convenient access to screenings, wellness services, education, and connections to ongoing care within the UF Health system.

Where to Find Us
The Mobile Medical Unit will initially operate at pilot locations throughout Northeast Florida. These locations will help us identify where services are needed most and establish a permanent community schedule.
Future service locations may include Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker, and surrounding counties.
Appointments
Once we establish clinic locations, dates, and times, patients can request an appointment online through this website.
Appointment requests will help us plan for each event and ensure patients receive the services they need. Appointment availability will vary by location and event.
Community Partnerships
The Mobile Medical Unit works alongside community organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, employers, and local agencies to improve access to healthcare and address the unique needs of Northeast Florida communities.
