Information for Visitors

We appreciate your understanding and support as we take all necessary precautions to protect our patients, visitors, faculty and staff during this unique time. In order to minimize exposure related to the COVID-19 pandemic, visitation within the hospital is suspended until further notice.

Additionally, we have limited the number of hospital entrances, and all inpatient waiting areas are closed.

The following visitation exceptions will be considered:

  • Parents/guardians of pediatric patients
  • Individuals authorized to make care decisions for patients
  • Spouses/partners of Labor and Delivery patients
  • End-of-life situations

All visitors will be screened for fever, cough and shortness of breath, and will not be able to enter the facility if they have these symptoms.

These recommendations are in response to the current number of potential and confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our state and the ongoing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or CDC.

Refer to the CDC website at cdc.gov/covid19 for updates on recommendations.
