UF Health Direct Care Network is designed especially for the City of Jacksonville
that gives employees and their families access to top physicians at UF Health.
About UF Health Direct Care Network
UF Health Direct Care Network offers access to hundreds of services and providers
throughout the region. UF Health Direct Care Network is a zero-premium plan
for City of Jacksonville employees.
Employees who select UF Health Direct Care Network do not pay for preventive
health care services and only pay a $10 co-pay for primary care physician visits.
Additionally, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs may be lower than some other
plans offered.
Employees who are currently enrolled in another benefits plan must re-enroll
for 2023 health benefits and select UF Health Direct Care Network.
