Christopher Menster, MPAS, PA-C, is a physician assistant working with Kourosh Tavanaiepour, M.D., in the department of neurosurgery. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Chris moved to Florida in 2006 to attend the University of Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2010. He has worked in the fields of neurology, gastroenterology, and in phase III psychiatric clinical trials. Chris earned his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Florida in 2017.
Chris works within the complex spine department, specializing in evaluation and treatment of severe degenerative spine disease, juvenile/adolescent scoliosis, adult degenerative scoliosis, disc disease, spinal tumors, revision spine surgery, and minimally invasive tactics to treating these disorders. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. For leisure activities, he enjoys going to the beach, fishing and golfing.
