Biography

Cassandra Andrews, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of nursing experience. She worked in advanced practice for six years, specializing in family medicine and pediatric care, and has five years of experience as an operating room registered nurse at UF Health Shands Cancer Hospital in Gainesville.

Cassandra earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of North Florida and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Florida’s family nursing practitioner program.

She was born in Key West and grew up in Northeast Florida. Cassandra enjoys camping with her husband and three sons, gardening, reading and yoga.

Patient ReviewDuring my appointment With her she came off as very insensitive, too busy to have a conversation about my health and not really caring or being interested in how I was feeling. The appointment felt very rushed and didn't feel like she throughly and genuinely was concerned about my health. Her bedside manners are very poor. I will not being returning to her for my healthcare needs.
