Dr. Wilson was a faculty member for UF Health College of Medicine – Jacksonville in the family medicine residency program for 12 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has been the clerkship director for the UFCOMJ Department of Community Health and Family Medicine for the past 19 years.
Dr. Wilson has served as the medical director for more than 19 years for a national CME course titled, “Medical Record Keeping Course for Heath Care Professionals,” for the Florida Medical Association and under the direction of the Florida Board of Medicine. Through this course, she teaches attending physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners on how to improve their medical-record-keeping skills.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, exercising daily, eating healthy and counselling patients on preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle choices. Her hobbies include cross-training, Zumba, tennis, singing in church choir and going to symphony concerts, musicals and comedy shows. Read Less
