Maged E. Abdelmalik, M.D., received his medical education at Ain Shams School of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. After graduation, Dr. Abdelmalik continued his education at the National Institute of Urology and the El-Sahel Teaching Hospital, with a residency in nephrology and hypertension. In July of 2000, he participated as a research fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, in nephrology and hypertension, followed by a residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, New York, in internal medicine. In 2004, he became board-certified in internal medicine. Currently, he serves as the medical director at UF Health Family Medicine – Charlton in Folkston, Georgia.
