Meet UF Health Jacksonville vascular surgeon Henry Veldenz, MD. UF Health Vascular Surgery in Jacksonville provides high quality, state-of-the-art medical care for diseases and conditions affecting the blood vessels throughout the body except for those within the heart and brain. Patient care is focused on prevention, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and post-intervention follow-up. All modes of therapy are provided for those patients with vascular disease. These include medical management, surgical procedures and endovascular therapy.

Henry C. Veldenz, M.D., FACS, is a University of Florida associate professor of surgery and a board-certified vascular surgeon at UF Health Jacksonville. He received his medical degree from Loyola University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Veldenz completed his surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, as well as a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky.
