Hafiz Sarfraz Khan, M.D., is a University of Florida assistant professor of medicine and a nephrologist at UF Health Jacksonville. Dr. Khan received his medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio, and his fellowship in nephrology at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.
