“ Dr Hawkins gave me an understandable explanation of the steps involved in the biopsy procedure and what it would enable the lab to determine. Best of all, she gave me the option of how much communication I wanted at each step of the process as she was doing it. I really appreciated this because I don't need a lot of explanation but was glad that she very briefly acknowledged going from one aspect of it to the next.” December 19, 2022
