Pharmacy Residency Program
The Pharmacy department at UF Health Jacksonville offers six ASHP-accredited residency training programs. At UF Health Jacksonville, pharmacists are a significant part of the clinical team and are embedded into the hospital system. Our faculty are committed to developing leaders in pharmacy by educating residents on best practices in pharmaceutical and patient care. Jacksonville’s diverse patient population equips residents to excel in any clinical environment.

Welcome to the University of Florida Health Jacksonville Department of Pharmacy, affiliated with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy–Jacksonville. We offer patient care services through our on-campus ambulatory pharmacy and manage all inpatient pharmaceutical care at UF Health Jacksonville.

In addition to serving patients, we also offer pharmacy residency programs in pharmacy (PGY-1), ambulatory care (PGY-2), critical care (PGY-2), emergency medicine (PGY-2), infectious diseases (PGY-2), medication use safety and policy (PGY-2) and pain management and palliative care (PGY-2). We also function as the Jacksonville campus of the UF College of Pharmacy for their doctoral students.
