Intrauterine

    • Intrauterine means "inside the uterus."

  • Information
    • A baby grows inside the mother's womb, or uterus. This is called an intrauterine environment.

      An intrauterine device (IUD) is an object placed in the uterus to prevent conception and pregnancy.
