Annual Community Wellness Check-Up Event

Join UF Health Jacksonville for a free, one-day community wellness event on Saturday, June 20 at the Florida State College at Jacksonville. The event is open to all Northeast Florida residents and offers no-cost health screenings, back-to-school physicals, mental health resources, nutrition education, and more for adults and children. Connect with local health care providers and community organizations for the tools, support and information you need to stay healthy. No insurance required*.

The event features:

• Free adult health screenings
• Free back-to-school physicals
• EKGs for ages 10-22 (provided by Who We Play For)
• Pediatric oral health screenings and cavity prevention
• Pediatric vision screenings (provided by Vision is Priceless)
• Free womens checkups (provided by the University of Florida)
• Free prostrate PSA testing
• A family-friendly kids zone
• Food and school supply giveaway
• Health education
• *Mammograms are also available with insurance
