Mommy mingle support group at UF Health Jacksonville

Description

Mommy Mingle is a free breastfeeding and postpartum monthly support group for new moms to learn more about the changes and challenges after childbirth. The group allows moms to connect in a safe, supportive space and share ideas for adjusting to the "new normal" that arrives alongside motherhood. Babies from two weeks old to one year are welcome to attend with their moms. This group meets every second Tuesday of the month from 10:30 - 12:30 p.m. on the second floor of the patient tower conference room at UF Health North.
