The UF Health Comprehensive Spine Center – North provides state-of-the-art care for the treatment of complex spine conditions. Our highly trained multidisciplinary team is led by UF Health neurosurgeon Kourosh Tavanaiepour, DO. Our fellowship-trained, board-certified physicians specialize in all facets of management and surgical treatment of spinal conditions, including reconstructive spine surgery, complex spinal disorders, fractures and minimally invasive spine procedures.
