UF Health Family Medicine and Pediatrics ─ Elizabeth G. Means Center offers services for patients during every stage of life, from childhood through adulthood.

Primary care services include:

  • Annual checkups
  • Back-to-school and sports physicals
  • Injury and illness prevention education
  • Management of conditions, such as asthma, diabetes and high cholesterol
  • Mental health services
  • Pre-exposure prophylaxis or PrEP
  • Vaccinations
  • Virtual visits
  • Well-baby visits

The Elizabeth G. Means Center also offers obstetrician/gynecologic services at UF Health Women's Specialists – Elizabeth G. Means Center
