Neumayer honored by the Association for Surgical Education

Congratulations to Leigh Neumayer, MD, MBA, MS, FACS, on being selected as an honoree by the Association for Surgical Education for its inaugural ASE Fellow Award, or FASE. This prestigious honor is the highest classification of ASE membership and celebrates her leadership and contributions to surgical education.
Neumayer is a UF professor and chair of the department of surgery at the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Currently, she serves as the Methodist Medical Center Professor of Surgery in Transplantation.
The Association for Surgical Education will recognize Neumayer at the ASE Awards Banquet on Friday, May 9.
