UF Health Obstetrics and Gynecology – Jacksonville has a
long tradition of excellence. Staffed by faculty obstetrician/gynecologists of the
University of Florida Department of Obstetrics
and Gynecology – Jacksonville, the department has specialty divisions
in maternal and fetal medicine;
female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery;
gynecologic oncology; and general obstetrics
and gynecology. The faculty members provide patient care at UF Health
Jacksonville, UF Health North and UF Health Women’s Specialists located at our Emerson,
Elizabeth G. Means Center and Generation-to-Generation (Orange Park)
community health centers.
A robust research division provides strong supervision over and assistance with
departmental research. The department offers an Accreditation Council for Graduate
Medical Education (ACGME)-approved
obstetrics and gynecology residency program.
