Breast Health

Our Breast Center encompasses the full spectrum of breast health services, including advanced 3D mammography, a second opinion service, same-day breast assessment, breast surgical oncology and reconstructive breast surgery.

Heart Health

Symptoms of heart disease in women can be very different from symptoms in men. Because of this, UF Health features a program to specifically address the heart health needs of women.

Gynecologic Services

Gynecology services are offered thoughout Jacksonville by UF physicians providing comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for women who have a disease or disorder of the reproductive system. They also offer regular medical examinations to ensure health and detect abnormalities.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Physical therapy offers a safe, effective alternative to surgery. Our team of highly trained pelvic health physical therapists include board-certified specialists who can safely and effectively treat patients experiencing bladder, bowel and sexual concerns. They will develop a comprehensive treatment program designed to address the unique needs of each individual.

Mother & Baby Services

UF Health offers comprehensive prenatal, delivery and recovery services at two hospital locations in Jacksonville, Florida. UF Health Jacksonville downtown offers highly specialized neonatal care with its Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. UF Health North offers a full Labor and Delivery Unit with private birthing suites, hydrotherapy tubs and flexible birth-plan options. Our medical teams are composed of physicians, nurse practitioners and certified nurse midwives.

UF Health Jacksonville also has several community programs dedicated to reducing infant mortality by providing education, counseling and healthcare for expectant and new mothers and infants.
