Are you planning to breastfeed your baby?
UF Health North offers a monthly prenatal breastfeeding class for expectant mothers and their support person. Studies show receiving education prior to birth increases success at meeting person breastfeeding goals.
The two-hour virtual class is facilitated by an international board-certified lactation consultant, or IBCLC. Come learn the basics of breastfeeding and gain the knowledge you need to succeed. Join us the second Tuesday of every month from 68 p.m. All classes will be held virtually via Zoom.
