Center for Thriving Communities Inaugural Gathering

Join UF Health Jacksonville, 904 Ward, The Hispanic Federation and the Florida Health Justice Project for the Center for Thriving Communities Inaugural Gathering for a day of learning and activation.

We will share key insights from community conversations and explore strategies to foster opportunities and resources, so that everyone can thrive. Dr. Stephen B. Thomas, director of the Center of Health Equity at the University of Maryland will serve as the keynote speaker.

A light meal and celebration will follow immediately after the program. The event is free and open to the public.
