Copper Spoon Coffee Co. is at UF Health Jacksonville in the Clinical Center, first floor, East Expansion and operates Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Bistro/Café is at UF Health North in the first floor of the Medical Office Building and operates Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to midnight.
