UF Health Direct Care Network

UF Health Direct Care Network offers access to hundreds of services and providers throughout the region. UF Health Direct Care Network is a zero-premium plan for City of Jacksonville employees.

Employees who select UF Health Direct Care Network do not pay for preventive health care services and only pay a $10 co-pay for primary care physician visits. Additionally, deductibles and out-of-pocket costs may be lower than some other plans offered.

Employees who are currently enrolled in another benefits plan must re-enroll for 2023 health benefits and select UF Health Direct Care Network. More information is available on the COJ benefits website.

Where can I take my child if he or she has an emergency?
