“ I explained that my voice can be normal on occasion and almost absent on other days,,,I never know from day to day. He scoped my vocal cords and found they do not close when I speak. This is due to my age.He recommended several sessions with the speech therapist and a follow up appt.. He said there is a process that he could inject a filler into each side of my voice box, that would allow it to close, but I could make that decision ar my follow-up appt. ”
