My bio

Dr. Anwer Siddiqi obtained his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed a masters in clinical immunology followed by pathology residency training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed cytopathology fellowship training at the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville. He is board-certified in anatomic pathology and cytopathology. In 2002, he joined the faculty of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine as assistant professor and rose to the rank of attending pathologist, associate professor and residency program director in the Department of Pathology by 2008. He also served as co-director of the M2 Pathology course. In December 2012, he joined the University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville Department of Pathology as the residency program director. The campus has a fully ACGME-accredited residency program with no citations and a 100% board pass rate for the past five years.
