My bio
Emil Missov, M.D., Ph.D., is a University of Florida associate professor of medicine and a cardiologist at UF Health Jacksonville. He also serves as medical director of the Heart Failure Program. Dr. Missov received his medical degree from, and completed his internal medicine residency at, the University of Plovdiv in Bulgaria. He completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, and holds a doctorate from the University of California, San Francisco.
