My bio
Firas Madbak, M.D., FACS, FCCM, is a University of Florida associate professor of surgery and a board-certified acute care surgeon at UF Health Jacksonville. He also serves as program director of the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship training program. Dr. Madbak received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. He completed his medical residency in surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania, as well as a fellowship in surgical critical care at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey.
