  15. “ Dr Pulley was rude, impatient, and condescending to me during the entire visit. Initially he was perturbed that I was seeking help for a previously diagnosed condition. He did not want to perform test I was scheduled for until he did a physical evaluation and saw abnormal inconsistencies. He reluctantly performed one test and it also showed inconsistencies so he had to do the remaining test. Throughout visit he ridiculed my descriptions of pain, treatments tried and previous doctors I saw. I have never felt so defeated by someone I saut for help.”
