My bio
Samir Array, M.D., is an assistant professor at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville in the department of community health and family medicine. Dr. Array considers it a privilege to serve diverse patients from countries with varying religious backgrounds, beliefs and traditions. He considers himself a lifelong learner and values his patient-physician relationships. He has a clinical interest in outpatient geriatric preventive medicine, the use of nontraditional healing therapies and the effect of daily stress on health.
As a physician and patient, he strongly believes in the need for cost and quality transparency of health care organizations. The best award and recognition to Dr. Array is a grateful smile each day. In his leisure, he enjoys traveling and laughing with his family.
