  13. “ I was visiting due to being retired, relocating from New York to Florida in June 2023. I only have high blood pressure to my knowledge which is under control with the meds I'm taking. The doctor did ask at the end if I had any other medical concerns ( other than the refills needed from the pharmacy ) and also asked if I was feeling any chest pains. I am not. Appointment for blood work and a physical was subsequently scheduled and I departed the building. It was a pleasure ordeal at this initial meeting.”
