Our goal is to make the Skull Base Center referral process as easy as possible for you and your patients.

Call 904-383-1022 to make a referral or for more information. Our dedicated patient care coordinators can assist referring physicians by:
- Scheduling clinical consultations where you can speak directly with our specialists
- Arranging patient referrals
- Obtaining information about your patient
- Discussing the latest research
- Obtaining updates on new developments
- Requesting information
Our patient care coordinators can also connect you with any physician practice at UF Health Jacksonville.
Hours of operation
Our patient care coordinators are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Non-urgent calls after business hours and on weekends and holidays are taken by our in-house answering service. Urgent requests are handled immediately by UF Health Jacksonville operators.

Patient transfers
The UF Health Jacksonville Hospital Transfer Center is a service designed to provide an easier and more efficient way for referring physicians to transfer their patients to UF Health Jacksonville.
