  2. “ Every physician needs to be like Dr. Ochoa. She explained everything fully and answered all of my questions and concerns. An intern (whose name escapes me) took my medical hx and she was wonderful as well. I was so anxious about this biopsy but everyone reassured me and gave useful information. As an older female pt., I often feel that providers don't hear my concerns or write them off. Dr. Ochoa reassured me, spent time fully explaining all possible aspects in a kind and compassionate manner. She and the intern were both respectful and reassuring. Most importantly, they listened to me. I felt seen. I felt heard. It was great.”
