My bio
Michael C. Freidl, M.D., is the medical director of UF Health Orthopaedics – North and is a University of Florida assistant professor of orthopaedic surgery and a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at UF Health Jacksonville. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and US Army Veteran. He received his medical degree from, and completed his medical residency in orthopaedic surgery at, Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Freidl specializes in sports medicine injuries (arthroscopy of the shoulder, knee, and ankle), total knee and hip replacements, fracture care, orthobiologic Injections (PRP, BMAC, stem cell, hyaluronic acid), hand surgery, and other general orthopaedic care.
