Our cerebrovascular surgery staff is standing by to make the referral and transfer process as easy as possible for you and your patients.

When you call 904-383-1022 to make a referral or get more information, our dedicated patient care coordinators will:

Hours of operation

Patient care coordinators are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Non-urgent calls after business hours and on weekends and holidays are taken by our in-house answering service. UF Health Jacksonville operators handle urgent requests immediately.
