Existing UF Health patients may request an appointment online through the MyUFHealth portal.

Hours of operation

Patient care coordinators are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Non-urgent calls after business hours and on weekends and holidays are taken by our in-house answering service. UF Health Jacksonville operators handle urgent requests immediately.
