Providers at UF Health Family Medicine – Lem Turner offer services for patients during every stage of life, from newborns to senior adults.
Services include annual checkups, general health care, sports physicals and well-baby visits. Same-day appointments are available. Additional services include:
- Comprehensive medication management with a licensed pharmacist
- Licensed clinical social worker provides mental health assessment and counseling services
- Minor clinical procedures
- Onsite orthopedic physician assistant provides comprehensive orthopaedics diagnosis and management
- Onsite X-ray services provided in our modern imaging suite
- Virtual Visits
- Women’s health providing comprehensive gynecologic care, including IUD and Nexplanon
