Community Health Needs Assessment
UF Health Jacksonville works with the Jacksonville Nonprofit Hospital Partnership to complete the Community Health Needs Assessment. This assessment provides us with an in-depth look at the communities we serve and identifies the most significant and critical unmet health needs using an evidence-based approach. With this information, we can prioritize our efforts and resources. UF Health Jacksonville also works with other hospitals in the area to address the significant health needs of residents.
