Partner with us for patient quality and safety

We are dedicated to continuously improving patient care at UF Health Jacksonville and therefore would appreciate feedback from you — the patients and families we are honored to serve. Sharing your experiences helps us to better meet care needs and exceed expectations.

As partners, we can work together to improve our patient experience, safety and quality through the Patient and Family Partnership Council for Quality and Safety. We encourage you to consider joining our council.

The mission of the council is to represent patients, families and staff by engaging with UF Health Jacksonville leaders to:

  • Provide insight into care experiences,
  • Identify opportunities for improving services,
  • Brainstorm potential patient-centered solutions, and
  • Integrate the voice of patients and families into the daily work of professional caregivers.

We hope you will consider submitting an application to join us. Once applications have been reviewed, selected candidates will complete an interview process. Those chosen for the council will receive information about orientation, meeting times and locations and other details. Meetings are typically held monthly during the evening hours.

Submit completed applications by email to PartnershipCouncil@jax.ufl.edu or by mail:
