UF Health Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery – Jacksonville provides
an extensive array of specialized medical services in Northeast Florida. The department
is comprised of nationally recognized experts with specialty and subspecialty training
and certification.
The faculty physicians of the
University of Florida Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Jacksonville
offer the entire spectrum of contemporary maxillofacial surgery, including:
- Comprehensive facial trauma and reconstruction
- Facial aesthetic surgery
- Head and neck surgical oncology
- Microvascular rehabilitation and reconstruction of head and neck defects
- Pediatric craniomaxillofacial surgery
- Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and corrective jaw surgery
As part of its academic mission, the department's faculty offer a fully accredited
residency program in
oral and maxillofacial surgery and a
microvascular reconstruction surgery fellowship.
