Payment Options

The Single Billing Office of UF Health in Jacksonville can use payments received to settle outstanding balances for both UF Health Jacksonville and the University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, Inc.

Pay Online

UF Health in Jacksonville now offers convenient online bill payment. If you received a billing statement and would like to pay online, please visit our MyUFHealth patient portal.

Pay in Person

To make a payment in person, you may visit our Cashier’s Office located on the first floor near the Emergency Department in the Clinical Center. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pay by Mail

You may submit your payment by mail using the envelope provided with your statement. If you do not have your statement envelope, you can mail your payment directly to:
