Application Process

UF Health Jacksonville Acute Care Physical Therapy Residency

The application cycle for the Acute Care PT Residency program is currently open for admission into the fall 2024 program. Please contact us directly at PT_Residency@jax.ufl.edu.

Application Requirements

  • A personal statement
  • Current Curriculum Vitae/ Resume
  • Two letters of recommendation:
    • The program director or faculty member at your school.
    • Current clinical supervisor or manager
    • A licensed physical therapist who is familiar with your current work or abilities
  • Official school transcript
  • Active PT license in the state of Florida
  • US Citizen or Resident Alien Card Holder.

Deadline

We must receive completed application by March 15th.

Our program director and faculty will review all the required materials and select top applicants to attend an interview. Program admission final decisions will be released in late spring (April/May).
